Payments made to We International LLC are generally for professional services, project work, consulting, digital marketing, advertising management, website development, or other agreed services.

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, the work already performed, and the terms stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, service agreement, statement of work, or other written agreement.

If a separate written agreement contains specific refund or cancellation terms, those terms will control.

Once work has started, payments relating to services already performed, time spent, completed deliverables, research, planning, strategy, development, campaign setup, account configuration, or other completed work are generally non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled before completion, any potential refund will be determined based on the portion of the service that has already been completed and any costs incurred on behalf of the client.

Deposits or advance payments may be required before work begins.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits may become non-refundable once work has commenced or resources have been allocated to the project.

Any remaining refund eligibility will be determined according to the applicable client agreement and the amount of work completed.

Payments made to third-party platforms or providers are generally non-refundable by We International LLC.

These costs may include:

• Google Ads or Meta advertising spend
• Hosting or domain fees
• Software subscriptions
• Themes, plugins, licenses, or APIs
• Third-party development tools
• Stock images, fonts, or other licensed materials
• Other external services purchased for a client project

Refunds for third-party charges are subject to the policies of the applicable third-party provider.

Digital marketing and advertising results may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

A refund will not normally be provided solely because a campaign does not achieve a particular number of leads, sales, website visitors, rankings, conversions, revenue, or other business results.

Clients remain responsible for approved advertising budgets and third-party advertising charges.

For website development projects, refund eligibility will depend on the stage of the project and the work already completed.

Completed design, development, setup, customization, research, configuration, revisions, or other project work may be deducted from any amount that could otherwise be refundable.

Project-specific cancellation and refund terms may also be stated in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

• The service or project involved
• Relevant invoice or payment information
• The reason for your refund request

We will review reasonable refund requests based on the applicable agreement, work completed, costs incurred, and circumstances of the request.
